We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by factors beyond our control, or consequential losses arising from service delays or outcomes.
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs already committed.
